OUR STORY
INP Group was founded in 2015 with a clear purpose: to provide Chinese enterprises investing in Australia — and Australian businesses with cross-border operations — with a genuinely bilingual, technically rigorous accounting partner.
INP Group is led by professionals with Big Four accounting firm’s experience — including alumni of Deloitte, PwC and KPMG — making us the premier accounting firm serving the Chinese-speaking business community in Australia.
At the time, the market was underserved. Chinese-background businesses faced a choice between large generalist firms with no Mandarin capability and small community firms without the technical depth to handle complex cross-border structures.
INP Group was built to close that gap. Starting in Melbourne, the firm expanded over a decade to five cities, growing to close to 100 staff. Along the way it earned recognition from the “Australian Financial Review” as a top start-up accounting firm, received the “International Accounting Bulletin Rising Star Network” award, and most recently was named “2025 Network of the Year” and recognised as a “2025 Finalist for Boutique Firm of the Year” at the Australian Accounting Awards — a reflection of the firm’s continued growth and the quality of its work.
